A/C、SIMV、CPAP・PSVあたりが使えれば御の字である
よく病棟の片隅に予備機として転がっている、アレの同等機である
家族が寝ずに手でバッグ換気するよりは数万倍マシだろう
実際の販売はノウハウ・ルートを持つ既存の医療機器メーカーに頼らざるを得ないだろうが、そこからできる限り多くの企業に製造委託してもらいたい
できればこれは世界レベルで行って欲しい
What the government and the medical equipment manufacturers are demanded on emergency boost production of mechanical ventilators in great peril of COVID-19:
To set a STANDARD of the ventilator without licenses, and to product a large amount of them at affordable prices.
It's OK if the ventilator features A/C, SIMV, and CPAP/PSV modes.
That simple ventilator would be a great help a patient's family in ICU from squeezing Ambu bag day and night.
Though the ventilators will actually be sold by existing medical equipment vendors, the vendors are expected to commission as many newcomer manufacturers as possible.
And I DO hope this attempt be done in the world.
